1、what’s your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?

A:Our MOQ is 1000pcs as usual.For special situation,we can accept 500-1000pcs.Please contact with our sales to get the details for MOQ.

2、Can you help me make my own design?How about the sample fee and sample time?

A:Sure.We have made OEM and ODM items for many customers.Your can tell us your ideas or provide us the drawing.We will develop it for you.As to the sample time is about 7-10days.All sample charge is refundable your order.

3、What’s your usual payment term?

A:We can accept L/C or T/T(30% deposit in advance,70% against the B/L copy).

4、How about the Delivery time?

A:It depends on the style and quantity.Usually, the lead time is 2.5-3monthes after sample confirmed.

5、Will you arrange the shipment?

Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargo to the place where you want.Besides,we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time.
